The following Constitutional changes were made by a recommendation of the Board of Directors and by a vote of the ISEE membership.

The following Constitutional changes were made by a recommendation of the Board of Directors and by a vote of the ISEE membership. The changes were approved by at least 90% of voters.
Changes were made in Articles 2, 4, 5, 6, and 8.
