About The Journal
Since its inception in 1983, the Journal has served as the official voice of the International Society of Explosives Engineers, disseminating timely information to the entire explosives industry. Every issue of the bimonthly Journal contains both technical and general industry developments for blasters, drillers, consultants, contractors, miners and others engaged in mining, quarrying, construction, forestry, demolition and many other pursuits. It is the most comprehensive source of technical information and it reaches more people internationally, than any other publication in the explosives industry.

Circulation
Each issue of the Journal is distributed to more than 11,000 individuals in 90 countries six times per year. It is published in the months of January, March, May, July, September and November. More than 4,500 members and subscribers receive every issue. In addition the remaining copies are mailed to a rotating list of 36,000 non-members. Extra copies of the Journal are distributed at Chapter Meetings and regional, national and international conferences including ISEE's Annual Conference, the Kentucky Blasting Conference, the Mid-America Blasters Conference, the Penn State Conference, Best in the West, Potomac and many more.
