| Spotlight on a Member! |
 This
week, the spotlight is focused on Agne Rustan,
ISEE Emeritus Member, who has been a loyal
member since 1984. In 1982, Rustan, with the
help of Dr. Per Anders Persson and Roger
Holmberg, arranged the First International
Symposium on Rock Fragmentation by Blasting.
The ninth Symposium was just held in Granada
Spain in 2009 and Fragblast 10 is planned to be
held in New Delhi, India in November 2012.
Rustan currently is the Secretary-General of the
Int. Org. Com. for arranging these
