The purpose of the Carolinas' chapter is to promote safe, proper use and handling of explosives and promote good, safe, acceptable practices in its related fields, and to advance the science and art of explosives engineering within both North and South Carolinas' boundaries and beyond.

The chapter will be offering Level II Certification on May 11 at the Gander Mountain Training Lodge in Greensboro, NC. Level I Certification is a prerequisite to Level II. Please contact Sue Koehler at skoehler@rtmc.net for registration information.
