GROUP ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT INSURANCE
As a member of the International Society of Explosives Engineers, Inc., you are eligible for Group Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance. This insurance covers all active members of the Society in the United States.

What does the policy cover?
The policy covers:
Loss of Life
Loss of Limb
Loss of Sight

What is the amount of benefit?
The benefit pays a flat amount of $2,000. The benefit provides a lump sum benefit payment if an injury sustained by you results in any of the losses below. Loss must occur within 365 days of the date of the accident.

Your Accidental Death benefit of $2,000 will be reduced due to your age:
$2,000 principle sum up to the age of 70. At age 70, the benefit will be reduced to 65%; 45% at age 75; 40% at age 80, and 15% at age 85.

TRAVEL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
In addition to your Accidental Death and Dismemberment coverage, this insurance provides you with Worldwide Travel Assistance Services.

What services are provided?
When traveling 100 miles or more from home (national or international travel) for 31 days or less, this assistance provides members and their dependents three types of services:

Emergency Medical Assistance
Emergency Personal Services
Pre-trip Information

Additional information regarding Travel Assistance Program will be sent with your membership card.

How do I become eligible for this benefit?
You are eligible for this benefit if you are an active member in good standing of the ISEE. Member in good standing means those members whose membership dues are current to date.

When does the insurance take effect
The date you become eligible as defined above.
