ISEE to Release New
18th Edition
Blasters' Handbook this Summer

CLEVELAND, OHIO - The International Society of
Explosives Engineers (ISEE) will
release the 18th Edition of the ISEE
Blasters' Handbook this summer. This totally new
edition is designed by industry professionals to
provide a comprehensive understanding of the
blasting process.
Twelve years in the making, the new edition
focuses on blasting principles and blast design
basics for the hands-on blaster and features
troubleshooting checklists, a brand new
Initiation Systems chapter, color
graphics/photos, and international units of
measurement throughout.
The Handbook represents almost 200 years of
DuPont and ETI blasting expertise combined with
the many collective years of experience of top
explosives engineers from all segments of the
explosives industry - authors, reviewers,
editors and others who generously contributed
this work.
