The Alabama Chapter was first organized in 1978 in Birmingham, Alabama with about 14 members. Over the years the Chapter has fluctuated in size and level of activities. This is our 20th year of service and we are striving to let our blasters and members know about the new laws that will affect the industry. We have asked the local Fire Marshall and ATF to speak at our meeting and to be a part of the chapter. We are working hard to get new members and encourage them to be involved in chapter business.
